And BTW here is an update on my case. Got this email a few days ago. Did not get a chance to post.

Dear Sir,

The audit of your Flying Blue account ******* is now achieved.

We remind you, that an audit can be made at any time as the Flying Blue General Terms and conditions allow it :

1.6 Auditing

1.6.1 The Company reserves the right to audit any and all accounts in the Programme at any time and without notice to the Member to ensure compliance with Programme rules and applicable conditions of carriage and/or tariffs.

Also, we remind you that your Flying blue account has been identified as suspect by the Delta call center in Sydney, as a caller claiming to be a travel agent, wanted to modify the bookings made from the miles of your account, which is not in an appropriate use of a Flying Blue account.

We are taking into account in our decision to unsuspend your Flying Blue account, the fact that, you certified that you managed the bookings by yourself.

In order to reactivate your account, and for its own safety, we will ask you to send us a clear copy of your ID.

Please be also informed that once the account will be reactivated, the miles refund (50.000 miles) will be in progress.
