The card expires 3/17, but the annual fee is for one year only. If you keep the card, you will be charged the AF again in March 2016.
The Annual fee for the Surpass would be due in December 2015. I have no intention of paying the 2nd AF.
I already know that cancelling a Surpass does not effect your Gold status or I would have lost mine in July.
My point was that if getting a Surpass gives you Gold Status for over 2 years it's well worth the $75............I have no reason to believe she will lose her Gold status when she cancels.
