If you bank it towards MPC (CX's program), these are the earning rates.
Fare codes
F, A, and P. 150% of actual miles flown
C, D, Z, & J. 125% of actual miles flown
W. 110% of actual miles flown
Y. 100% of actual miles flown
B, H, K, L, M, Q, G, S, V, U. 50% of actual miles flown
If you're doing PEY and above, then go for it. If you're doing sub Y fares, I wouldn't even waste time on it.
