In essence, I am wondering what percentage of Altitude members actually have influence of the airline decision process?

So

a) What percentage of ALT members actually pay for their flights (directly or reimbursed)?

b) How flexible are those flyers in their choice of carrier, fare code, and/or COS?
I'm a two person operation, and I entirely control my spend, which is probably $70-80,000 a year. Most of that is reimbursed.

This year, I'm racking up quite a few flights on American, USAir and Southwest (I'm based in YYZ). A Delta flight is coming up.

Not sure if I'm going for SE or not.
