I assume we are only talking about work related travels, our travel policies do vary by level so here is what's available to our VPs; who knows what our CEO can do:
a) I pay for my flights/hotels/etc and all get fully reimbursed as long as I book everything through Concur. Still not sure what is the magic about Concur.
b) I am the sole decision maker for everything. I choose the airline and any non-J fare I want, usually flex but if I choose to go Latitude or PE, no one will say anything. The word was, we trust your judgement. J only if trip > 4.5 hr.
