If HBO, baggage isn't an issue, and you're unlikely to find the next flight completely full, but you might easily find yourself tired, and quite possibly shoved into 25B or the like.

If I really had to be in ARN as early as possible, a 60-minute connection wouldn't stop me from booking it, but if it wasn't completely time-critical I'd want to arrive at least somewhat relaxed, and given that there is only 90 minutes between the two flights I'd be on the later one with a better chance of a good seat.
