I had two rentals this year which I booked through the German ADAC web site, and I did not receive any points for either rental. My Gold Plus number was attached to both rentals and the ZE1 code is on the receipts. They show up in my history with 0 points.

When I contacted Hertz to retroactively credit the points to my account the email came back with duplicate request.

Does anyone know if rentals through the German ADAC are not qualified for points?
