Visiting my friends in SFO who just returned from a wedding in CUN. They flew a UA segment and 3 MX segments but their TA neglected to put their Aeroplan number in the PNRS (and they didn't notice it either).
I went right to the Aeroplan website to check about attempting *A online crediting and the website says:
Missing Aeroplan Miles from an Air Canada, Air Canada Jazz, Tango by Air Canada, or ZIP flight? Now you can have those Aeroplan Miles conveniently credited online.
...and regarding *A flights it says:
Other Aeroplan airline partners: To receive missing credit for flights, please send the original boarding pass(es) and a legible copy of your ticket or your electronic ticket receipt to the Aeroplan Centre.
...but on the entry page for missing credit there is a carrier pulldown menu that contains all of the *A partners!!! Arrrghhh.
...?!
The old-fashioned way I guess.
