Alila Villas in Ulutawu is the best example I've ever seen. When we stayed there and received that, you knew you were going to receive good service and we were not let down. Our welcome list was done to absolute perfection and anything that they couldn't accommodate was clearly communicated to it.

However, Iniala in Phuket offers the single best question I've ever had: "What level of service do you prefer? We try to customise to suit our guests' preferences. For example, would you like butlers with you at all time or prefer a more discreet service with an emphasis on privacy?"
