Well, the COS box reappeared shortly after this thread was last active. But no matter what I enter, I always get the following messages:

The Information entered does not match our records. Please verify your ticket. If its details differ from the ones entered, please submit the correct ones. Or else, please mail the original boarding pass and a legible copy of your ticket to Aeroplan Centre, P.O. Box 20,000, Station Airport, Dorval, Qc, H4Y 1J8.</font>
So my questions are, has anyone ever successfully used this "feature" and has anyone successfully used it recently?
