So I'm trying to request missing flight credits on-line. I very carefully fill in all the required fields, then press [SUBMIT_CREDIT_REQUEST].
But then I get a message indicating that all is not quite correct, in particular:
<font face="Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif" size="2">You have not filled in the following fields:
Class of Service</font>
Only there's no where on the form to enter the class of service. What gives? Or is that a pointless question?
