Has CX given up on expanding in the USA? Did the mistake at Chicago scare them off (adding one more flight that yielded low loads)? I still think CX should launch a HKG-DFW and HKG-ATL route, they will bring in major load.
As far as the Americas and Canada are concerned, they're looking at Seattle and Calgary as possible destinations. DFW is already codeshared with AA and I don't think ATL will work.
