No upgrade, got the most basic room with no view at all, indeed it has a bad view, facing another wing of the hotel, which is more than 40 levels high. No newspaper, no club access. I will advise gold members book the holiday inn instead which is USD 40 cheaper and next door to Sheraton. I have stayed there 4 months ago. The room is very similar to that of Sheraton. I cannot think of anything better in Sheraton, except the complimentary apple yoghurt or extra 100 spg points for members.
