I have been watching HKG-LHR religiously for the last 10 days whilst in HKG and also whilst in Sydney and those flights have had reward seats released between 10 and 20 minutes past midnight UK time, without fail. The spring time change has not made any difference and I was surprised how seats were released in various cabins at the same time every single day.
