They have couchettes or bedrooms. The bedrooms seem to be couchettes with a bit more space, and extra chair and a shower.
For Americans in the audience, couchettes in Europe are not the same as Amtrak roomettes or bedrooms. They are like a hostel on wheels with 4 or 6 bunks in a compartment; and you reserve the bunk, not the compartment.

European night trains usually carry both couchette and sleeping cars, the latter being equivalent to Antrak sleepers.
