Found info in the german car rental forums, it's only the m550D, either limo or touring.

I don't think they will offer an upgrade to a higher class, as they are the premium vehicles. But for the upsells, it depends a bit on the given day and manager and.. When I had an XDAR resi with quite low price for a week, they wouldn't even offer to upgrade me to any M-series car. Sorry can't give you any exact numbers, I'd say anything between 30€ and 100€ per day (got upgrade for 30€ to M550D two years ago from LDAR = BMW 5 series).
