If you are in F 5 hours in the lounge actually goes by fairly quickly. Although you are escorted through security, passport etc., it is a pretty big airport distance wise. Once you get to the first lounge you can kill some time eating before going for your hour massage (where you can have a nice pre and post massage drink). Once back in the first lounge you can have more food or simply relax.
