AA/CX already have that covered though thanks to easy 1 stop connections at LAX/JFK/DFW (admittedly, not the nest option due to US visa requirements for both HK people and South Americans except Chile to transit the USA.)
For a shorter distance there are always connections via DXB/AUH/DOH/LON/FRA/ZRH (though I suspect that these are not used as often as I mainly saw South American/EU passports on LON-South America flights, and very few South American passports entering HK-I mainly see PRC passports/HK ID/USA/UK/Singapore/Malaysia passports.)
