I think that DL will probably still keep NRT as a hub and create a new one for PVG, the reason I think they even want a potential hub at PVG is to attract more Chinese customers so I think NRT will still be the connection like hub for flyers and PVG will just be a gateway to America for Chinese flyers. I also think DL is trying to catch up to UA since they have already started flying in to the Chinese interior as we have seen with CTU and this PVG hub might give DL the advantage in China.
