You should get an upgrade if there are rooms available to upgrade into (not occupied).
You will have lounge access (if they have one).

Should they fool around with the room upgrade, make sure you have the Accor app in your phone/once in the room log in online. Check if for your stay there is the availability to book into a higher category. If there is, and they haven't upgraded you, tell them that and get them to upgrade you.
