How long is a safe layover for transit? Edited to add that we will be in business class. We will each have one bag (safari). I assume we will have to check them. Onward flight is either SAA or British Air/Comair. Is 2 hours enough? I assume 3 would be better to be on the safe side.
I would leave 3 hours to make this comfortable and you can relax in the lounge if you are early. The BA flight to CPT would be my recommendation as the lounge and onboard service is better than SAA's offering.
