In my experience, BA F has a below average first class seat with below average first class food, average wine, and below average service. This is from perhaps 15 flights over the last 3-4 years, most LHR-BOS. Service *can* be very good, but it is hit-or-miss, and more miss than hit. It is not inconceivable to me that any given flight in BA F may be better or worse than another in AA J with the new seats.
