Fortunately we still have humans driving businesses, unfortunately they do make mistakes AND, in most instances, they are the ones that will override the system when needed. To not avail yourself of that option will only limit your choices. I to prefer to do as much as I can without having to pick up the phone (or push the button in my ear) but there will always be instances when that it will be needed.
