That routing would earn you 330 TPs in AA F. 210TP for MCO-LAX and 60TP each for the LAX-DFW and DFW-MCO sectors.

You can use BA's Tier Points calculator. Beware though, it can have quirks. The thread in C-W-S's post #2 above contains a lot of good advice.
