Would someone mind give an update on the hotel? please. I booked three nights for late April. The website has a warning regarding roadway construction. How bad is it? We will be arriving by taxi and won't have a car. Is it still walkable?

Also does gold elite get free breakfast? Nigher floors are considered upgrades. Would gold member get upgrade to higher floor for better view? May be I should ask do standard rooms have habour view?
