I took the application link for non-working Option 2 and inserted the sc= values found in the four new-format application page URLs in Option 4. This results in working old-format application pages that look like Option 2 and unlike Option 4.

Will these work? I have no idea. One of these things could happen:
(a) the pages could die before Option 5 dies
(b) Using these applications could cause the app to bomb, i.e. not go through at all
(c) the app could go through but be rejected under 18-month rule, even though the rule is not stated on the old-format apps
(d) you could get the card but not the bonus, even though both "parents" of each hybrid link were associated with the bonus---note that there are not, and never were, landing pages for these links so there was never a promised bonus for these links!
(e) these pages could stay alive after Option 5 dies and continue to work with no conditions relating to previous apps. That is what I'm hoping, but I have absolutely no way to guarantee this.

Obviously, these links will not need to be tested until Option 5 dies.
