I've been campaigning for a noise-insulated room in all BA lounges and on all BA aircraft, into which all excessive noise-makers are thrown in together and can shout together as much as they wish, but not allowed out until they promise to be quiet with temporary surrender of their OW status (confiscated permanently upon further breach of peace), with an added bonus penalties for noisy mobile phone DYKWIA talkers but somehow BA management haven't quite taken to that idea yet.
