No. She didn't have to be excited. But she could have tried to help. Get a glove...a bag. Her "not-my-job" attitude was unwelcome; I get it...she didn't groom the aircraft, but her employer hired the company...she's their representative now, and it's up to her to find a resolution. There was blood on it for f**ks sake.
"Clearly". I gave them a quarter in 2015 to prove to me that the last 4 months of 2014 were an aberration. I don't have issues, just stating facts.
