She won't have any problem unless the inbound flight is very delayed. It's international to international connection which is more straight-forward anyway, and at Melbourne Airport, even if it had been an international to domestic connection or vice versa, I'd have been inclined to say it would be OK because the international and domestic terminals are basically together.

Even if she misconnects at MEL because of a delayed Dubai to Melbourne flight, it's extremely likely that QF will arrange for a hotel for her in any case.
