Of all the things people blame Delta for - - -

I certainly understand that anything that happens on a Delta plane, they are responsible for, but, it doesn't make any sense to me that the straw that broke the camel's back to push you over the top to leave was something that Delta has absolutely no control over - - a lazy employee on a cleaning crew that works for a subcontracted cleaning company. This could easily happen on any airline - - although, I really have no idea if UA or AA use subcontracted cleaning companies or not.
