Not really sure what you are implying with your second comment. It's a bit sociopathic to start blaming the victims if they have an issue caused by something outside of their control.
I'm being obtuse. And your referral to an old couple who (allegedly might) be offended by someone in flip flops is equally obtuse.
If people don't like flip flops, that's their problem. I have an irrational dislike of hipsters, with their crap beards, gentrified yet scruffy clothes and...well they're just annoying to look at, I think. But that's
my problem entirely, not theirs. I wouldn't want them banned from lounges because of how they dress! That's mad.
I do not particularly want to look at someone in a vest or flip flops at any time. But I wouldn't be so prissy as to want them banned.
I pray nobody has an irrational and authoritarian intolerance for men in their late twenties, who wear H+M jeans and long sleeved t shirts in the Concorde Room.
