You should have said earlier that you're Diamond with Hyatt. In that case, be absolutely certain that all of the night's will count for status.
Obvious perk would be a confirmed upgrade. Some properties might offer discounts on in house F&B, laundry and dry cleaning, etc. Or you could ask for the F&B welcome amenity to be delivered every week, for instance.
