Southwest Premier Card
My AF of $99 just posted on my first renewal along with my 6000RR points. I called retention and didn't get an offer. I only spent about $4000 which was enough for the bonus and a few tickets. I tried to argue for the reduced value of the points as reason for an enhanced offer. Disappointing...
I still have the PLUS card which will renew in June. I'm struggling to see the value in keeping both cards. What do you suggest:
1) Cancel the card and keep the PLUS
2) Keep the card and cancel the PLUS on renewal
3) HUCA. Any reason to think I might have success
4) Plan to cancel both cards?
5) Plan to keep both cards?
