It was impossible to schedule 5 appointments (or even 3) back to back at our home airport SFO. So we are going to Fort Lauderdale instead when we are there in July. I guess it will give me time to figure out what to do with the missing letter. Any suggestions? Thanks!
If you can find a couple of slots at SFO, just bring the kids with. They take walk-ins and it's unlikely that the kids take appreciably longer (unless there is something you don't know about your kids!).
As to the missing conditional approvals, is it adults or kids? I would give it a day or two to sort out.
