Most likely yes it's OK, unless your BNE-SYD is delayed much.
The buses from domestic to international during much of the afternoon is every 15 or 20 minutes (I cannot remember which) so if you have just missed one, you might have a bit of a wait.
Exit immigration and security at SYD can be quite long on some days of the week (Saturday for instance), although most of my domestic to international transfers have been done within 60 minutes including on Saturdays.
