Are you sure that's a suite? It looks just like a room from your pictures.

And as far as the view, that's a no-comment. And you paid for it. I think Starwood better get the property to remove "ocean view" from the room description as with the ocean <5% of the view, it can only land them in legal trouble. Same with the "bathtub overlooking the ocean".
