Does anyone know where you can find a printable screen from American Airlines that United will accept for status match purposes? I threw my physical card away some time ago, and I cannot seem to locate any digital screens from American that show a status expiration date. I think I've clicked on every single link available in American's website interface. United's phone support keeps repeating that I need to submit something that shows an expiration date but they have no clue on how to find it.
