Did CVS go cash only for OV prepaids? I was trying to buy 4 $500 cards and selected credit, then swiped, handed card to cashier, he entered the last 4 digits and then the transaction was denied saying "other form of payment required". I don't think so. Yesterday, I was behind a man who bought one OV, one PPMC and he paid with his amex CC. I'm not sure where the block to your payment is coming from but as far as CVS policy goes, it has not disallowed CC payments for those.
