To the previous poster thinking that AC would start YVR-FRA, I wouldn't take it for granted that there's going to be route growth with new aircraft deliveries. Actually the environment looks incredibly weak at the moment, and they might be buying/leasing these things more as interim replacements for retiring 767s and A320s, than they are for route growth. Those additional 777 deliveries look awfully vulnerable, and they might even need to think about parking 777's.
I'm question the source of OPs information. It makes no sense to me in light of recent announcements.

What do you mean by 'vulnerable' for the 2 77HD's deliveries? They appear to be as predicted. They are not retiring 767s, they are converting them to rouge.

Why would they pay to lease/purchase A330s, pay to convert interiors all while parking 777s?
