9am may be a bit late for housekeeping, but yes it is annoying when they start tapping on doors with their key. Even way down the hallway is too loud.

An immediate change is probably not going to happen, but if you have mentioned it to management a couple of times and no change has been implemented, then start posting reviews. I see posts on Trip Advisor is more influential than just on FT. Often management will actually respond on TA.
