Essentially arrivals is a set of passageways above departures. If you are HBO and arriving outwith Schengen there is an advertised route back down to departures, but it involves getting some staff assistance at passport control, which you thereby bypass, but it doesn't save much time but it certainly saves a lot of walking. Furthermore the lounge is in the Schengen area anyway. In which case, as shown in KARFA's map link, having cleared immigration and entered Schengen there is another connection route at gate 42 down to Schengen departures. At that point it again doesn't save a huge amount of time going all the way out and then back in from landside but that's the better route for you.
In general, if arriving by plane with handbags only, follow signs for transfer/connection. If you are arriving domestic or from Schengen (on gates with odd-numbers), you don't have to clear security. If you are arriving Non-Schengen (you need to go via passport-control) or even-numbers Schengen-gates you need to clear transfer-security which is by gate 42.
