I was there earlier this year. The wave rider is finished - and attracts large crowds. The good news: it means the construction noise associated with those renovations is done. I wouldn't spend the $$ for a cabana - its a great idea but they aren't actually adjacent to any of the pools & b/c they are side by side they get pretty stuffy/hot.

No noticeable difference in food, diamond treatment, etc...
