Thankfully, no security service would be silly/smug enough to assume that security screening would be a foolproof guarantee against explosives, and an unattended bag should immediately raise alarm bells. I'm very surprised - and not very impressed - if the HEL lounge ignored it (but then, it has happened to me to spend 5-6 hours at the otherwise lovely HEL premium lounge without anyone clearing a glass or plate so chances are that it is simply about no one paying attention!)
