It mentions airplane cabin was "very cold", and flight crew mentioned its like that all the time? Wonder is it really that cold, I know in Asia, most Asian airlines have a warmer cabin so I was thinking about this, or flying Alaska Air from Seattle (since I flew them before and found it a good airline)?
My experience in the J Class cabin is that it is usually warmer than colder. I am always after the SD making the cabin cooler when they can. Especially find the PODS warmer due to the portioned design.
