As
cws says, I was talking about T3 as a terminal, not about the lounges in particular.
Whilst I like BA's lounges at T3, I don't like them nearly as much as T5's lounges due to the relative lack of natural light, and much lower ceilings (particularly when comparing the Galleries First lounges). The Galleries First lounge in T3 is nice and quiet, however.
