Can't fight the math there: UA's award network allows access to F seats on UA, TG, OZ, CA, LH, NH where AS's only allows access to QF, EK, AA, BA, CX.
The problem with that logic is the UA miles it takes to get one of those seats. A UA1K needs to spend $20K+ in a year to earn the amount of RDM a AS75K earns flying the same amount (100,000mi annual).
The AS network may have less options and a few more restrictions but I can take an F trip with my wife every two years, and every two years a UA flyer, spending less than $20K++ annually who want's a trip for two in F better be ready to swim home
