Usually I would do this. However, I had received an email with request for feedback (and I had a lot...), so I just tacked the missing points on and was assured that it would be taken care of. That was still within the 10 day period. Of course I let them know that they didn't take care of it as promised, especially since I have my doubts that they know what they are talking about...
Also, in order to claim the missing points I would need the invoice which is now in accounting at work...
