I expected this thread would be about BRU were it's perfectly normal to wait one hour for your luggage. I can count the number of times where the wait was less than one hour on one hand.

In BRU they also prefer to use only 2 luggage belts out of the 8 or something they have. (putting at times 5 or more flights on 1 belt) Probably to avoid unnecessary wear to those belts. :-)
