I'm sure some of the UA experts will give you some great ideas, although I guess you're limited to UA metal by the terms of the promo.

You might want to build a SIN run into your plans -- it looks like 12/4-12/8 is possible from JFK, and should price out around $550 with your 35% discount (I'm pretty sure that's not an e-fare). That should get you off to a pretty good start with 22K base miles or so.
