Elite Upgrade
Is the elite complementary domestic upgrade still available?
My reservation says "Complimentary Premier Upgrade Requested" but my name is not on the United First Upgrade Standby List even I already checked in.
I called UA and I was told that only airport agent can list me on the upgrade list by showing my MP Explorer card.
Is that true?
